Mac OS : CTRL-Click and Save Image As or drag picture to desktop
Windows : Click Right Mouse Button and select Save Picture As

To use as a Desktop Image

Mac OS : System Preferences > Desktop & Screen Saver > Select Desktop > Choose Folder and locate saved image.
Windows : Open full size image, then right mouse click and Set As Background from the pop-up menu
