These listings are provided free of charge to 'listers',
and purely as a facility of introducing the 'seller' and
'buyer'.
OxKits reserves the right to withdraw any item from the
listings at any time, at its own discretion. OxKits also
reserves the right to decide which items submitted are
suitable for listing.
The accuracy, or otherwise, of item descriptions is solely
the responsibility of the person, or persons, listing the
item for sale and the buyer should confirm all the details
listed, directly with the seller, before proceeding with any
purchase.
No financial gain is made by OxKits for any item listed.
Any financial, or other, transaction entered into between
'buyer' and 'seller' is done solely at the risk of both
parties, with OxKits having no liability for mis-representation
of goods, non-payment of items bought or items paid for and
not received.
Supplied email addresses will be listed along with items
'for sale' and/or with items in the 'wanted' listing.
It is the responsibility of the 'lister' to inform OxKits
when the item is no longer for sale or no longer required -
to enable the item to be removed from the live list details.
Photographs and/or
pictures submitted of items for sale or wanted, are done so
with the understanding and agreement that they may be used
on other pages of the OxKits website.
Items either bought or sold are done so on the understanding
that the above Terms & Conditions have been read and
accepted. |
